Our Horizon is to assume the responsibility for administration, reporting, finances, the organisation of meetings and many more tasks. We can take part either as a Partner or as a service Provider. The main activities where we can help you are: 

ORGANIZATION, COMMUNICATIONS & ADMINISTRATION


  • Administration and organization (e.g. contact lists and consortium meetings).
  • Provision of project specific templates (e.g. meeting programmes and minutes).
  • Setup and maintenance of project management tools (e.g. document management system and collaborative workspace).



REPORTING & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT


  • Preparation and submission of reports (e.g. compiling periodic reports and final reports).
  • Maintenance of the continuous reporting towards the EU (e.g. completing online forms and updating information in SyGMA).
  • Financial monitoring and financial reporting (e.g. compiling costs claims and calculating distribution of EU funding).
  • Organisation and preparation of review meetings (e.g. providing templates and guidance to partners).



QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT


  • Preparation of a project handbook and guidelines (e.g. quality assurance and communications).
  • Support in risk management (e.g. project specific risk management tool and supporting contingency plan).



LEGAL COMPLIANCE & IP MANAGEMENT


  • Contract management and amendments (e.g. EC Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement).
  • Monitoring and tracking deliverables (e.g. project specific tracking tool and organising review process).
  • Support in IP management and exploitation (e.g. project specific monitoring tool and IPR guidance).
